Full Panel

1) The constitution of the firm must be that of a partnership with a minimum of three (3) partners (A copy of the Deed of Partnership must be enclosed together with Firm's profile).

2) The partnership must be established for at least five (5) years.

3) One of the partners must have practising experience of at least ten (10) years.

4) A certified true copy (by a Commissioner for Oaths / other solicitors) of the current Professional Indemnity Insurance Policy (minimum RM5 million).

5) Certified true copies (by a Commissioner for Oaths / other solicitors) of the current Practicing Certificates of all the lawyers in the firm.

6) A list of organisations that firm is on their panel as well as copies of the Letter of Appointment.

7) The name and contact details of a Referee who can validate the firm's overall performance.

Limited Panel (to be submitted through any Maybank branch)

2) The partnership must be established for at least one (1) year.

3) One (1) of the partners must have practising experience of at least five (5) years.

4) A certified true copy (by a Commissioner for Oaths / other solicitors) of the current year Professional Indemnity Insurance Policy (minimum RM1 million).

5) Certified true copies (by a Commissioner for Oaths / other solicitors) of the current year Practicing Certificates of all the lawyers in the firm.

6) A list of organisations that the firm is on their panel as well as copies of the Letter of Appointment including Letter of Appointment.

7) The name and contact details of a Referee who can validate the firm's overall performance.
